Overview:
Campbell Wealth Management, a registered investment advisory firm in Alexandria, VA, is in search of a Wealth Manager to support an assigned group of clients. The Wealth Manager is responsible for running client review meetings, updating/presenting financial plans, and articulating the firm’s investment philosophy. The Wealth Manager will be the lead relationship manager for clients and be responsible for providing clients with a trusted advisor experience. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of financial planning and portfolio management and lives to take care of his/her clients. This is not a sales role – candidates do not need to have an existing book of business. Essential Job Functions & Duties:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, centers of influence, and prospects
- Prepare comprehensive financial plans, including data gathering, analyzing financial conditions, and developing recommendations for a set of HNW clients
- Provide sound recommendations to clients in support of their goals and investment objectives
- Maintain strong knowledge in the areas of financial planning, asset allocation, investment strategies, and account administration
- Deliver a delightful client experience at all times – our measurement is “Wow”
- Participate in client meetings when appropriate
- Grow and develop an existing client base through client and COI referrals
- Coach and mentor other members of the wealth management team as appropriate
- Maintain clear communication with clients relative to a minimum level of service and ongoing service expectations
- Proactively identify issues and/or opportunities in the service of the client
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Impeccable integrity
- A positive attitude
- 5+ years of wealth experience managing a HNW client base
- CFP® designation required
- Must have either Series 7 and Series 66 OR Series 65
- Strong demonstrated quantitative and analytical abilities
- Superior communication skills
- Strong public speaking skills
- Excellent judgment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
